摘  要:根据广东省某漂染污水处理厂的实际运行情况,对A/O与氧化沟工艺的能耗、处理效果等进行比较,分别分析了两种工艺在处理漂染废水方面的的优势和劣势。结合该污水厂的实际运行情况,建议大规模漂染废水生化处理系统宜采用水解酸化/底曝氧化沟工艺,且设计水解酸化池时应充分考虑泥水混合均匀及填料设置合理。该研究为类似工程的工艺设计、设备选型和技术改造提供了参考。Based on the operations of a bleaching and dyeing wastewater treatment plant in Guang- dong Province, the power consumption, treatment effect using A/0 process and oxidation ditch process were compared. The advantages and disadvantages of the two processes in treating of bleaching and dye- ing wastewater were discussed. Hydrolysis acidification/bottom aeration oxidation ditch process was pro- posed for large-scale bleaching and dyeing wastewater treatment system. Full consideration should be giv- en to mixing sludge and wastewater uniformly and to rational arrangement of carrier in designing the hy- drolysis acidification tank. The findings provide some references for the process design, equipment type choice and technical transformation of similar projects.
