摘 要:采用气扫式膜蒸馏法处理高浓度氨氮废水,重点考察了料液初始pH值、料液流量和吹扫气体流量等因素对处理效果的影响。结果表明,提高料液的初始pH值可明显提高对氨氮的去除率、传质性能和分离效率;增大料液流量对氨氮去除率、传质系数和分离系数的提高作用不明显,且料液流量过大反而会使氨氮去除效果变差;增大吹扫气体流量可促进氨氮的去除,有利于氨氮的传质和分离过程。Sweep gas membrane distillation was used for highly concentrated ammonia wastewater treatment. The influence of factors such as initial pH of raw wastewater, feed flow and sweep gas flow on treatment efficiency was investigated. The results indicated that increasing initial pH of the raw wastewater could effectively improve ammonia removal rate, mass transfer performance and separation efficiency. Raising feed flow had no obvious effect on improvement of ammonia removal rate, mass transfer performance and separation efficiency. When the feed flow was too high, the ammonia removal rate decreased. Increasing the sweep gas flow had significant positive impact on ammonia removal rate, mass transfer and separation.
