摘 要:采用PCR-DGGE指纹图谱技术对新型HA-A/A-MCO污泥减量工艺中水解池的微生物菌群结构进行了分析。结果表明,水解池中微生物菌群呈多样性分布且优势菌群突出,有利于稳定产酸且为后续除磷脱氮提供碳源。通过菌种鉴定发现,梭菌属是水解池中起到产酸和污泥减量作用的主要菌种之一,乳球菌属是水解池中的专性水解酸化菌,梭菌属、芽孢杆菌属和乳酸菌属这三种具有产酸功能的细菌是回流厌氧释磷污泥时导致水解池VFA产量高的原因。厌氧释磷污泥回流进入水解池会携入不动杆菌属和俊片菌属等聚磷菌,且可以稳定生存繁殖,丰富了其菌群多样性;而回流好氧污泥会导致紫色杆菌属等好氧菌的大量繁殖以致破坏水解池兼氧或厌氧环境,削弱其菌种多样性,从而导致回流好氧污泥比回流厌氧释磷污泥的产酸效果差。The bacterial community structure in hydrolysis acidification tank in advanced HA-A/ A-MCO sludge reduction process was analyzed by polymerase chain reaction denaturing gradient gel elec- trophoresis (PCR-DGGE) fingerprinting. The results indicated a highly diverse bacterial community. Dominant bacteria existed in the hydrolysis acidification tank, which was helpful to the production of vol- atile fatty acid (VFA) to provide carbon source for subsequent phosphorous and nitrogen removal. The results of species identification showed that Clostridium was one of the main strains for acid production and sludge reduction in the hydrolysis acidification tank, and Lactococcus was obligate hydrolysis acidifi- cation bacteria. Clostridium, Bacillus and Lactobacillus caused high VFA yield in the hydrolysis acidifiea- tion tank with anaerobic P-release sludge reflux. Phosphate accum Acinetobacter and Lampropedia, could be carried into the hydrolysis ulating organisms ( PAO), such as acidification tank by anaerobic P-re- lease sludge reflux . The PAOs were able to propagate steadily, which enriched the bacterial community diversity in the hydrolysis acidification tank. However, returning aerobic sludge could result in a consid- erable multiplication of aerobic bacteria, such as Janthinobacterium, destroying facuhative or anaerobic environment of hydrolysis-acidification tank and impairing its bacterial community diversity. The acid pro- duction effect of hydrolysis acidification tank with aerobic sludge reflux was worse than that of hydrolysis acidification tank with anaerobic P-release sludge reflux.
