摘  要:某污水处理厂采用曝气生物滤池(BAF)工艺,出水水质仅能达到国家二级排放标准,为使其达到国家一级A排放标准,拟采用前置反硝化BAF工艺进行升级改造,据此进行了中试启动研究。中试以污水厂实际进水为原水,处理规模为2 m3/d,采用自然挂膜方式,反硝化段和硝化段的体积比为1∶2,回流比为100%,各滤池的HRT均为0.67 h,CN池和N池的曝气量分别为0.82、1.0 m3/h。经过16 d的运行,出水COD、NH3-N和TN浓度分别稳定在50、5和15 mg/L以下,表明中试装置启动成功。The effluent quality from a WWTP using biological aerated filter (BAF) only met the second class national discharge standard. To meet the first class national discharge standard, a pilot study on the start-up of pre-denitrification BAF for upgrading and reconstruction was performed. The experi- mental conditions were as follows : the actual influent of the WWTP was raw wastewater, the treatment ca- pacity was 2 m3/d, the natural biofilm formation method was used, the ratio of denitrification/nitrification section volume was 1 : 2, the reflux ratio was 100% , HRT of all filters was 0.67 h, and the aeration rates of CN filter and N filter were 0.82 and 1.0 m3/h, respectively. After 16 d, the concentrations of COD, NH3 -N and TN in the effluent were lower than 50 mg/L, 5 mg/L and 15mg/L, respectively. The start-up of pre-denitrification BAF was completed successfully.
