摘　　要：介绍了汽车顶棚的结构组成、成型工艺及基本性能要求,通过测试比较不同结构顶棚之间的性能差异,重点论述聚氨酯发泡材料对汽车顶棚的隔热保温及吸音降噪效果。The structures and manufacture process of automobile roofs, the main performance requirements of automobile roof were introduced. The properties difference of automobile roof was compared by testing. The effects of automobile roof heat insulation and absorption, reduction noise to PU foam material were emphasized.
