摘　　要：“YD/T 1365--2006 Technical Requirements for Radio Access Network （RAN） Equipment of 2GHz TD-SCDMA Digital Celhdar Mobile Communication Network and other 34 standards” and “YD/T 1721.1--2007 2GHz TD-SCDMA Digital Celhdar Mobile Communication Network： HSDPA Physical Layer Technical Specification--Phase 1： General Description and other 31 standards” specify the technical requirements and testing methods of the Uu interface and Iub interface, wireless equipments （including RNC and Node B）, terminal equipments of TD-SCDMA and TD-SCDMA HSDPA. These two series of industrial standards won the first prize of China Standard Innovation Contribution Award in 2009 and the third prize of China Standard Innovation Contribution Award in 2010 in succession. As they are highly related, here we introduce them together.
