摘　　要：目的探讨老年人智能改变与脑电图α节律的关系。方法对115例老年人进行智能评定,并统计其脑电图的α节律频率、指数、波幅分布。结果智能障碍组老年人脑电图α节律指数低者多于智能正常组(P<0.05),两组老年人α节律频率、波幅分布无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论α节律指数低的老年人智能水平下降更明显。Objective To investigate the relationship between the mental change of eider and α rhythm in electroencephalogram（EEG）. Methods The cognitive function of 115 patients were assessed by mini mental state examination （MMSE）, then the distribution of frequency, index and amplitude of αrhythm in EEG were calculated. Results The index of α rhythm in EEG was lower in intelligence obstacle group than that in intelligence normal group. The distribution of frequency and amplitude had no significant difference. Conclusion The mental level in eider who＇ s index of α rhythm in EEG was lower was decline distinctly.
