摘 要:根据全面了解的东辽河流域水文资料、水质资料、污染源以及污染物的调查资料,应用WASP水质模型,建立东辽河水质模拟模型,定量描述了排入河流中污染物的数量与河水水质之间的关系。根据东辽河水质污染现状和河段的功能区划,选用氨氮作为控制指标,利用建立的水质模型模拟计算了不同频率年(25%、50%、75%)情况下东辽河的水环境容量。结果表明:氨氮在25%、50%、75%保证率下的水环境容量分别为1 754.752、720.334、155.685t/a,并且下游水环境容量明显大于上游。结合东辽河流域的现状排污量,得出东辽河流域污染严重,应采取相应措施减排以改善水质。According to the hydrology, quality, pollution sources and pollutants data of Dongliao River, the WASP was used to quan- titatively describe the relationship between discharged pollutants into the river and the water quality. According to the Water Con- tamination and function zoning of the river, choosing ammonia nitrogen as the index of pollution load, the water environment capacity was computed by using established water model that can simulate the water quality change tendency of water body under certain guarantee rate and certain pollutants discharge condition. The results indicated that under the frequency condition of 25%,50% and 75 ~, the water environment capacity of ammonia nitrogen was 1 754. 752.720. 334.155. 685 t/a, and the downstream water environ- ment capacity was significantly greater than that of the upstream. Combining with the current emissions of pollutants, it can be found that there are serious pollution in Dongliao River. So some measures should be applied to improve the water quality.
