摘 要:为解决普通混凝土浆体富余系数大的问题,采用抛填骨料工艺制备了粗骨料抛填量0~25%的抛填骨料混凝土。通过测试混凝土7 d,28 d的抗压强度,发现采用抛填集料工艺制备的混凝土可以提高混凝土抗压强度。对比混凝土横截面发现与普通混凝土相比,抛填骨料的集料体积分数大、水泥和水的用量小。通过对普通混凝土和抛填骨料混凝土进行成本分析,结果显示抛填骨料工艺能够显著降低其成本与环境负荷。且该工艺与常规工艺变化不大,易于推广应用。Abstract: To resolve the problem of high paste extra quantity, scattering-filling aggregate concrete (SFAC) was prepared by scattering-filling aggregate process using a certain volume fraction of coarse aggregate (0 to 25%). The results of 7 days and 28 days compressive strengths of concretes show that scattering-filling aggregate process improves the compressive strength of concrete. Compared with the cross-sections of SFAC with the cross-section of ordinary concrete, it was found that the SFAC has much more coarse aggregates and less cement than ordinary concrete. The a- nalysis of the costs and the environmental impacts of two sorts of concrete were done and the results show that SFAC can significantly reduce the cost and the impact of environment, meanwhile the scattering-filling aggregate process is easy to apply.
