摘 要:为了探讨补锌对胚胎移植受体羊繁殖性能的影响,将舍饲条件下的60只2岁小尾寒羊母羊随机分为试验组和对照组,试验组基础日粮中添加甘氨酸锌90mg/kg,对照组饲喂基础日粮。试验组和对照组按照胚胎移植程序进行同情发情处理,记录发情情况;在移植胚胎时,观察并记录受体羊卵巢黄体发育情况,同时采集血样,测定血清P4、E2、FSH、LH、FT3和FT4水平。结果表明,试验组每只平均有黄体2.6枚,比对照组高1.2枚。试验组血清P4和E2的质量浓度分别为7.03μg/L和10.82ng/L,显著高于对照组(P<0.05);血清FSH和LH分别为4.97IU/L和4.30IU/L,与对照组差异不显著(P>0.05);血清FT3、FT4的浓度分别为4.98pmol/L和10.86pmol/L,其中FT3浓度显著高于对照组(P<0.05),FT4浓度与对照组差异不显著(P>0.05)。因此,日粮中添加甘氨酸锌可以提高胚胎移植受体羊的黄体数和血清P4、E2及FT3水平。In order to ascertain the effects of zinc-Glycine supplemented in diet on the reproduction effect of receptor sheep, 60 two-years old Small-tail Han ewes managed under stall-feeding condition were divided into treatment and control groups randomly. The control group was fed with basal diet, and the treatment group was fed with basal diet plus 90mg/kg of Zn-Glycine. The quality and quantity of corpus luteum of small-tail Han ewes were evaluated when the embryos were transferred into them, the serums were prepared to determine the levels of P4, E2, FSH, LH, FT3 and FT4 at 25th-day af- ter treatment. The results showed that the treatment group had 2.6 red plump corpus luteums in av- erage, compared to an increase of 1.2 for the control group. The concentrations of serum P4 and E2 in treatment group were 7.03 μg/L and 10.82 ng/L respectively, both of them were significantly more than in the control group (P〈0.05). The levels of serum FSH and LH in treatment group were 4.97 IU/L and 4.30 IU/L, there was no obvious difference between two groups. The serum FT3 and FT4 levels were 4. 98 pmol/L and 10. 86pmol/L respectively, the FT3 level was significantly lower than that of control group (P〈0.05). Hence, the quantity of available corpus luteums and serum P4 and E2 levels of small-tail Han sheep used for receptor were improved by Zn-Glycine supplemented in diet.
