摘  要:以油菜、莴笋和小青菜为受体,采用室内生物测定的方法,研究猕猴桃叶超声波水浸提液的化感作用并初步探讨化感作用机制。结果表明,浸提液对受体幼苗生长有低质量浓度(0.001g/mL)促进,高质量浓度(0.04~0.08g/mL)抑制的双重作用。随浸提液质量浓度的增加,3种受体的SOD活性总体呈现先上升后下降的趋势;除莴笋的POD活性先升高后降低以外,油菜和小青菜的POD活性都逐渐增加;3种受体的MDA质量摩尔浓度逐渐上升。浸提液对3种受体化感作用大小顺序为莴笋>油菜>小青菜。受体通过增强SOD和POD活性来抵抗化感作用胁迫对自身造成的伤害,胁迫程度超出其承受阈值时活性下降,最终使MDA质量摩尔浓度增加。By means of bioassay in laboratory, this paper studied the allelopathy and mechanism of Ac-tinidia leaves ultrasonic aqueous extracts on the seedlings of oil rape, lettuce and green vegetables. The results showed that seed germination and seedling growth of receptor crops increased at lower concentrations (0. 001 g/mL) of actinidia leaves ultrasonic aqueous extracts, and those items de- creased at higher mass concentration (0.04-0.08 g/mL). The activity of SOD of three receptor crops increased firstly then decreased as the mass concentration of extracts increased. The activity of POD of L. sativa vat. angustana increased firstly and then decreased finally, but the activity of POD of B. napus and B. rapa var. chinensis increased gradually. The molality of MDA increased in these seed- lings compared with these checks. The conclusion was that allelopathy intensity sequence of different crops was L. sativa var. angustana 〉B. napus 〉 B. rapa var. chinensis. Receptors resisted allelop- athy stress by enhancing the activities of SOD and POD, but they decreased when the stress level ex- ceeded their tolerance, then the molality of MDA increased.
