摘　　要：目的研究连续性肾脏替代治疗(cotinuous renal re-placement therapy,CRRT)在心肾综合症的治疗中的重要作用。方法选择慢性心衰伴有肾功能恶化患者100例参与研究,其中病例组(使用CRRT组)50例,常规药物治疗组50例,分别收集两组的资料,观察患者的血尿素氮、血肌酐、胱抑素c、血红蛋白、红细胞压积、左心室射血分数、血清脑利钠肽、血脂、血钙磷、PTH、利尿剂剂量、住院时间、180d内再住院次数等指标。结果病例组与常规药物治疗组血尿素氮、血肌酐、胱抑素c、左心室射血分数、血清脑利钠肽、PTH、利尿剂剂量、住院时间、180d内再住院次数等指标间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论CRRT在心肾综合症的治疗中的起着重要作用,能改善心肾功能,减慢各脏器衰竭的进展,并降低死亡率和致残率。Objective CRRT is an important treatment in heart-kidney complexities.Methods 100 cases had been selected,including the group（CRRT） 50 cases,the regular medication group of 50 cases,observe the difference between the two sets of data collection and observation of the patient＇s blood and blood of the urea nitrogen contain c,and of hemoglobin,what a shot down,and left ventricular blood serum brain grades,blood calcium phosphate and so on.Results There is an significant difference between two group on the blood test gender difference,the difference has a statistical significance（P 0.05）.Conclusion CRRT has make important role in heart-kidney complexities.
