摘　　要：目的探讨根尖乳头干细胞在含/不含KH2PO4矿化诱导液中的增殖变化。方法从未发育完全的根尖孔分离乳头组织,消化提纯出根尖乳头干细胞,分别用含/不含KH2PO4矿化诱导液处理,对照组为DMEM培养液;通过流式细胞术检测细胞周期,分析对根尖乳头干细胞的增殖变化。结果在含KH2PO4矿化诱导液组根尖乳头干细胞的增殖指数最高,与其他两组相比有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论含KH2PO4矿化诱导液能促进根尖乳头干细胞的增殖能力。Objective Influence of mineralization-inducing media with/without KH2PO4 on proliferation capacity of stem cells from apical papilla（SCAP） was investigated.Methods SCAP were isolate from apical papilla tissue,purified and then treated with two distinct mineralization-inducing media,differing in KH2PO4 concentrations.SCAP were treated with DMEM as control.Proliferation capacity of SCAP was evaluated by FCM assays.Results FCM revealed that the proliferation rate of SCAP in mineralization-inducing media containing KH2PO4 group was significantly higher than other groups（P 0.05）.Conclusion The poliferation of the SCAP was increased induced by mineralization-inducing media containing KH2PO4.
