浅谈减轻癌症疼痛的护理进展

摘　　要：目的了解癌症患者并发癌痛的主要原因,探讨减轻癌痛的方法,为制定相应的护理干预措施提依据。方法对癌症患者在日常生活或治疗护理的活动中可能出现或已经出现的疼痛进行系统分析和讨论。结果癌症患者的疼痛究其原因与肿瘤组织的生长、各种诊疗技术、免疫力下降、心理社会因素等方面有关,而减轻癌痛应从上述原因入手,对症施治,对症护理,方能达到事半功倍的效果。结论护理人员熟练掌握癌痛护理知识及技术,才能给予癌症患者个体化、人性化的护理,最大限度帮助癌症患者缓解躯体癌痛,提高生活质量。Objective To investigate the main origin of cancer pain,explore methods of cancer pain relief,and provide the basis for appropriate nursing interventions.Methods Systems analysis and investigate the pain of patients who are suffering cancer in their daily lives.Results There are several origins for causing cancer pain,such as the growth of the tumor tissue,a variety of treatment techniques,decreased immunity,psychological and social factors.Reduce the pain from the above aspects,by symptomatic therapy and care to achieve a multiplier effect.Conclusion Nurses should be familiar with the nursing knowledge and skills for cancer patients with cancer pain,provide individualized,and humane care,to help those patients relieve pain,as well as improve quality of life.
