摘　　要：目的观察壮药净癣洗剂治疗糜烂型足癣的临床疗效。方法选择患有糜烂型足癣的患者174例,观察组87例采用壮药净癣洗剂外洗并湿敷;对照组87例用硼酸溶液外洗后涂盐酸特比萘芬乳膏治疗。结果观察组的总有效率为90.80%,对照组总有效率为77.01%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.528,P=0.038<0.05)。观察组无不良反应发生。结论壮药净癣洗剂治疗足部真菌感染疗效肯定,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the Zhuang Medicine Net tinea lotion in treating erosive tinea pedis clinical curative effect.Methods With erosive tinea pedis patients 174 cases,observation group 87 cases treated with Zhuang Medicine Net tinea lotion wash and wet dressing;87 cases in the control group with boric acid solution and washing with terbinafine hydrochloride cream in treatment of.Results In the observation group,the total efficiency of 90.80% for the control group,the total efficiency of 77.01%,2 groups had significant difference（χ2=6.528,P =0.038,P 0.05）.The observation group without adverse reaction.Conclusion Zhuang Medicine Net tinea lotion in treatment of fungal foot infection curative effect affirmation,it is worthy of clinical application.
