摘  要:目的在国内外护理硕士研究生培养等相关研究的基础上,结合国务院学位办下发的《护理硕士专业学位设置方案》,以核心能力理论、能力本位教育理论等为理论依据,综合运用社会科学研究方法,探讨并确立护理硕士专业学位研究生应该具备的临床工作能力,构建适合我国护理硕士专业学位研究生临床工作能力的培养目标及评价指标体系,为我国护理硕士专业学位研究生的培养、评价和考核提供参考依据。方法运用文献回顾法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、统计分析等研究方法对护理硕士专业学位研究生临床工作能力和评价指标等问题进行研究。结果及结论通过专家访谈和咨询,以及对山西省内200名护士长及在校专业学位硕士研究生进行问卷调查,结果显示:本课题所设计的护理专业硕士学位研究生临床能力培养目标合理,能够为我校护理硕士专业学位研究生临床能力培养方案提供参考依据。Objective The objective of this article is to provide some evidence and suggestion for how to proceed the education program and the appropriate method to evaluate the capacity of the nursing graduates by figuring out what kind of capacity should be obtained and what evaluation system would come into being. In order to achieve that goal, mass of associated research have been referred to and the MNS Act was among them. The core capacity theory and capacity based education, combined with social scientific way, provides a profound theoretical basis for this passage. Methods Literature retrieving, experts consulting and questionnaire investigation and statistical method are used to explore the clinical working capacity and evaluation index of the MNS postgraduate students. Results and Conclusion 200 exprienced nurses and 14 MNS postgraduate students in three-grade a-class hospitals in Shanxi province were interviewed in questionnaires. The outcome shows that the assessment proposed in this article can provide evidence for how to train the nursing graduates' clinical skills.
