淄博市居住小区环境质量评价研究

摘　　要：随着城市化进程的加快,城市居民数量增多,现代居住小区环境质量受到人们的广泛关注。从户外和室内两个方面探讨了城市居住小区环境质量的影响因素,建立了环境质量评价指标体系和评价模型,利用该指标体系和评价模型对淄博市居住小区的环境质量进行了评价。结果表明,居民对现阶段淄博市居住小区人居环境质量较为满意。Along with the course of urbanization and the growing number of urban residents, much attention is being paid to modern residential area environmental quality. The influencing factors to the environmental quality of urban residential district were discussed, from two aspects of outdoor and indoor. And meanwhile, the evaluation index system and environmental quality evaluation model were set up. The environmental quality of residential quarter was evaluated, according to the index system and evaluation model and combining with the actual investigation data of the residential quarter in Zibo. Evaluation results show that residents are more satisfied with living environment quality at the present stage in Zibo city.
