摘　　要：文章从介绍电子书的竞争策略出发,阐述了著作权保护与电子书核心竞争力的关系,探讨了授权瑕疵对电子书产业价值链中相关主体权益的影响。在分析电子书授权障碍原因的基础上,提出解决著作权授权问题的对策措施。This article elaborated the relationship of the copyright protection and the core competition from the competitive strategy of E-book, discussed the problem that the authorization defects affect the rights and interests of related subjects in the E-book industry value chain. In the end, this paper put forward the measure to solve the authorization problem on the base of analyzing the cause of authorization obstacles.
