摘　　要：在阐释云计算概念的基础上,阐明了网络协同商务链的含义,并对其作了分类。通过对传统方式下协同商务链运作过程中的障碍分析,提出了云计算对协同商务链所起到的促进作用。从整体与部分的关系角度提出了基于云计算的网络协同商务链的设计原理。在设计原理和设计思路的基础上,提出了基于云计算的网络协同商务链的总体结构设计和详细的五层资源结构设计。On the basis of explaining the meaning of Cloud Computing, Meanwhile, the connotation and sorts of Network Synergy Commerce Chain are given. Then, through the analysis of obstacles to Synergy Commerce ChainJs operational process in traditional ways, the positive effects on Synergy Commerce Chain generated by the Cloud Computing are mentioned. Furthermore, from the perspective of the relation- ship between the whole and the parts, the design principles of Network Synergy Commerce Chain based on Cloud Computing is proposed. On the basis of design principles and design ideas, the general structure design and five-layer-detailed resource structure design of the Network Synergy Commerce Chain based on Cloud Computing are proposed.
