摘 要:采用正交实验法探讨掺入外加剂后各因素对粉煤灰水泥胶砂强度的影响,确定水泥胶砂强度性能最佳的工艺条件并分析其微观结构。结果表明:对粉煤灰水泥胶砂试样3 d抗压强度的影响从大到小的次序为激发剂品种、粉磨时间、助磨剂品种、激发剂掺量、助磨剂掺量;对粉煤灰水泥胶砂试样28 d抗压强度的影响从大到小的次序为激发剂品种、粉磨时间、助磨剂品种、助磨剂掺量、激发剂掺量。正交实验法确定的粉煤灰水泥胶砂试样的最佳工艺条件为:激发剂选用NaCl、其掺量为1%,助磨剂选用乙二醇、其掺量为0.06%、粉磨时间为15 min。The effect of each factor on the strength of fly ash cement mortar mixed with admixture were investigated by orthogonal test method in order to determine technological condition of the best strength performance and analyse its microstructure. The results shows that the effect order ralation from great to small on the compressive strength of fly ash cement mortar at 3 d is sort of activator, grinding time, sort of grinding aid, the content of activator and the content of grinding aid. the effect order ralation from great to small on the compressive strength of fly ash cement mortar at 28 d is sort of activator, grinding time, sort of grinding aid, the content of grinding aid and the content of activator. The best technological condition of fly ash cement mortar sample by orthogonal test method is that NaC1 is adopted as activator and its content is 1%, ethylene glyeol is adopted as grinding aid and its content is 0.06% and the grinding time is 15 min.
