摘　　要：以贵阳城市污水处理厂机械脱水污泥为原料,配以煤矸石、赤泥、粘土和特殊添加剂玻璃粉为辅料。按配比污泥65.5%、煤矸石10.0%、赤泥8.5%、粘土13.6%、添加剂2.4%,经练泥搅拌、挤压成球、干燥、600℃预热30min、1050℃焙烧并保温30 min,成功生产出符合国家标准GB/T17431-1998中600级高强轻集料的陶粒。The high-strength light weight ceramsite was successfully produced by using mechanical dewatered sludge （65.5 % ） mainly from Guiyang sewage plants, together with the coal gangue （ 10.0% ）, red mud（8.5% ） ,clay（ 13.6% ） and the special additives （2.4%） -glass powder for the accessories. It was prepared by a series ways： pug mixing, squeezed into a ball, dried, preheated （600 ℃ warm-up 30 min）, calcined（ calcination temperature of 1050 ℃ and thermal insulation 30 min）. The results show that it can meet the state standard GB/T17431 1998 level 600.
