基于中医传承辅助系统的治疗失眠方剂组方规律分析

摘　　要：目的:基于中医传承辅助系统(V1.1)软件,分析《中医方剂大辞典》中收载的所有治疗失眠方剂的组方规律。方法:收集并筛选《中医方剂大辞典》中主治失眠的方剂,逐一录入中医传承辅助系统,采用软件集成的数据挖掘方法,对筛选出治疗失眠的处方进行组方规律分析。结果:筛选出符合要求的438个治疗失眠的处方,确定了处方中药物出现的频次,常用药对及组合,并获得新处方6个。结论:中医传承辅助系统可以用于方剂组方规律分析。Objective： Using Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System （TCMISS） to analyze the composing principles of the prescriptions for insomnia collected in the book of 〈 The Prescription of Traditional Chinese Medicine Dictionary 〉. Method： Collect and sift the prescriptions used for insomnia in the book of 〈 The Prescription of Traditional Chinese Medicine Dictionary 〉 , then enter into the TCMISS one by one, by using the excavation method from the integration of the software to analyze composing principles of the collected prescriptions. Result： Based on the analysis of 438 cases of prescriptions, the frequency of each herb included in the database is computed, six new prescriptions are mined from the database. Conclusion： TCMISS is a helpful tool for the research of traditional Chinese medicine, and can be used to analyze the composing principles of the prescriptions.
