摘  要:目的:建立一种青天葵药材中总黄酮含量测定的方法,并考察14批青天葵药材中总黄酮的含量。方法:以芦丁为对照品,AlCl3-HAc-NaAc(pH 5.5)为显色体系,采用紫外分光光度法于最大吸收波长405 nm处测定。结果:芦丁在7.28~30.80 mg.L-1线性关系良好(r=1.000),总黄酮平均回收率为100.73%,RSD 1.92%。14批青天葵药材中,总黄酮含量范围为1.25%~3.12%。结论:该方法操作简便、快速、准确、稳定可靠,可用于青天葵药材中总黄酮的含量测定。Objective: A method for the quality control of Nervilia fordii was developed, and the quality of 14 batches of N. fordii purchased from different markets was investigated. Method: Rutin and A1C13-HAc-NaAc (pH 5.5 ) system were employed as reference substance and chromogenic reagent, respectively, the total flavonoids of N. fordii were measured by UV spectrophotometry at the 405 nm. Result: The linear relationship of rutin was in the range of 0. 007 28-0. 030 8 g · L-1 (r = 1. 000). The average recovery was 99.78% (RSD 1.94% ). The range of the amount of the total flavonoids of 14 batches of N. fordii was 1.25%-3.12%. Conclusion: This method was proved to be simple, quick, accurated, stable and reliable, and it could be used to determine the total flavonoids of N. fordii.
