摘 要:目的:建立叶下珠药材的高效液相色谱指纹图谱。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法,以柯里拉京为内参比峰。色谱条件为Kromasil C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相乙腈-体积分数为0.1%的磷酸水,梯度洗脱,流速1.0 mL.min-1,柱温30℃,检测波长280 nm。采用SPSS 16.0软件进行系统聚类分析;采用国家药典委员会颁布的中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统(2009版)进行相似度评价。结果:在色谱指纹图谱中,确立了21个共有峰,指认了其中6个色谱峰,系统聚类分析将14批叶下珠药材分为两类,建立了叶下珠药材的共有模式,在14批叶下珠药材中有12批样品的指纹图谱相似度在0.90以上。结论:该方法简便、准确、重复性好,为评价叶下珠药材的质量提供了依据。Objective: To establish the HPLC chromatographic fingerprint analysis for the quality control of Phyllanthus urinaria. Method: RP-HPLC Method was applied to establish the chromatographic fingerprint. Corilagin was used as the internal reference peak. The separation was performed on a Kromasil C18column (4.6 mm ×250 ram, 5μm) with a gradient elution composed of acetonitrile and 0. 1% phosphate acid (0. 1 : 100). The column temperature was set at 30 ℃ and the flow rate was 1.0 mL· min^-1 The detective wavelength was at 280 nm. Hierarchical clustering analysis was performed with SPSS 16.0. similarity of HPLC fingerprint was performed on the Similarity evaluation system for chromatographic fingerprint of traditional Chinese medicine (2009). Result: Twenty-one characteristic peaks were established in the fingerprint, and six peaks were identified. 14 batches s of P. urinarta, could be divided into two grades through the results of hierarchical clustering analysis. The mutual model was established and the similarities were calculated. The similarity of 12 samples in all the 14 samples was more than 0.90. Conclusion: The method is simple and accurate with good reproducibility. It can be used for the quality control of P. urinaria.
