摘　　要：本研究采用质性研究的取向,通过深度访谈的研究方式,探讨了三所重点本科院校的七个"优秀毕业生"事业生涯发展受人际关系影响的情况。结果发现:(1)在当今不完全竞争的社会背景下,人际关系网络的编织,是获得重要信息资源的关键因素;(2)通过人际关系网络的编织与经营.把握人际关系网络所带来的各种机会,是奠定事业生涯发展的基础并获得成功的途径之一。Based on the in-depth interview with seven excellent graduates from three key universities,this article analyzed the effects of interpersonal relationships on career development.The result showed:1) the weaving of interpersonal relationship network is one of the key ways to obtain important information and resources in the current imperfect competitive social contexts.2) Weaving and managing interpersonal relationship network and seizing the opportunities contribute greatly to the career development and success.
