腹腔镜胃旁路手术治疗2型糖尿病的围手术期护理

摘　　要：目的探讨2型糖尿病患者行腹腔镜下胃旁路手术围手术期的护理方法。方法对25例2型糖尿病行腹腔镜下胃旁路手术患者实施围手术期护理，并进行术后随访。结果对25例患者按糖尿病诊断标准做葡萄糖耐量试验，空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖提示糖尿病病情明显好转。结论针对性的围手术期护理对2型糖尿病腹腔镜胃旁路手术患者的康复具有积极的意义。Objective To investigate the perioperative nursing of type 11 diabetes mellitus treated by laparoscopic gastric bypass surgery. Methods Perioperative nursing and follow up were performed for twenty five patients with type I1 diabetes who were treated by laparoscopic gastric bypass surgery. Results The conditions of these patients were improved significantly by prompts of fasting blood glucose and 2h post- prandial blood glucose after glucose tolerance test was performed for every patient. Conclusions Perti- nent perioperative nursing has proactive effect on recovery of patients with type diabetes mellitus and treat- ed by laparoscopic gastric bypass.
