益气活血中药提高慢性心衰病人生活质量RCT临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察益气活血中药对气虚血瘀水停型慢性心力衰竭患者运动耐量和生活质量的影响。方法:以国际通用RCT临床研究方法,选择气虚血瘀水停型慢性心衰患者280例进行分层区组随机对照临床试验。按1∶1分为试验组和对照组,每组140例,对照组给予常规西药治疗,治疗组在常规西药基础上加用益气活血中药,疗程12周。于治疗前、治疗后应用6min步行试验和明尼苏达心力衰竭生活质量调查分析表对患者生活质量进行测评。结果:两组治疗方案均能改善患者临床症状(P<0.05);两组6min步行距离比较,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);两组明尼苏达心力衰竭生活质量调查分析表比较,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:益气活血中药不仅能够改善气虚血瘀型慢性心衰患者的运动耐量,并且可以显著提高患者的生活质量。Objective ： To observe the improvement of qi - reinforcing - blood - activating drugs on the quality of life and exercise tolerance in blood stasis due to qi deficiency of patients with chronic heart failure. Methods ： A stratificate, randomize - controlled trial was conducted. The 280 blood stasis due to qi deficiency patients were equally randomized in-to 2 groups,of which made up of 140 patients. The control group were kept on the basis of the western medicine treatment （ Uiuretie, [3 - Blocker, ACEI, digoxin, using a combination of medicine） , adding Chinese medicine treatment for the treat- ment group after 12 weeks. Before and after treatment for 12 weeks, all patients were rated by Minnesota heart failure qual- ity of life questionnaire and the 6 - minute walk test. Results ：Two groups treatment improved the symptoms （ P 〈 0.05）. The distance of 6MWT of treatment group were farther than that of the control group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. The scores of LHFQ of treatment group were lower than that of the control group（ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Qi - reinforcing - blood - activating drugs can not only improve exercises tolerance, but improve the life quality of patients with chronic heart failure.
