摘  要:目的:本研究检测了正常人群面部印堂与准头部位的可见反射光谱色度学数据,欲于探讨印堂与准头部位的色差特点。方法:应用光谱测色法采集516例正常人群印堂与准头部色诊的色度学参数,以CIE LAB均匀色彩空间进行印堂与准头部位的L*、a*、b*分析与色度角、彩度的比较,并计算其总色差、明度差、色度差、饱和度差、色相差参数。结果:结果表明,正常人群于印堂与准头部位的L*、a*、b*三维分布区域不同,印堂部的L*值大于准头部(P<0.05),而印堂部的a*、b*值明显小于准头部(P<0.01);印堂部的色度角与彩度均明显小于准头部(P<0.01);总色差为1.846、明度差为0.514、色度差为1.773、饱和度差为1.759、色相差为0.218单位。结论:应用光谱测色对印堂与准头部位色诊的检测,在CIE LAB色空间的基础上色差研究显示这2个位点存在着明显的色差,通过色差矢量值的计算,可以以人眼观察能力探讨的色诊差别的大小及其特点,为正确地理解色诊的色度学参数与分析其结果提供了参考。Objective : In this study, the chromaticity data of facial supranasal point and apex nasi from healthy people was collected by the visible reflection spectrum. The chromatism characteristics between supranasal point and apex nasi was discussed in the paper. Methods : In this study, the chromaticity parameters of the supranasal point and apex nasi from 516 healthy people were obtained based on the optical spectrum colorimetry method. The L * ,a * ancl b * values of su- pranasal point and apex nasi were analyzed, the hue - angle and chroma of them were compared in the CIE LAB uniform color space. The total chromatism and the chromatism on brightness, chroma, saturation and hue parameters were also cal- culated. Results :The results showed that the three -dimension region distribution of L * ,a * and b * values of the su- pranasal point and apex nasi in the health adults was different, the L * values of supranasal point were greater than the a- pex nasi~ (P 〈 0.05 ) , whereas the a * and b * values of supranasal point were obviously less than apex nasi's (P 〈 0.01 ), and the CIE LAB hue- angle and chroma of supranasal point were obviously less than apex nasi's( P 〈 0.01 ). It was found that the total chromatic value was 1. 846, the brightness chromatic value was 0.514, the chroma chromatic value was 1. 773, the saturation chromatic value was 1. 759, and the hue chromatic value was 0. 218 units. Conclusion: The ehromatism research showed that there is obvious chromatism difference between the supranasal point and apex nasi based on the CIE LAB color space in the inspection of the complexion in traditional Cbinese medicine. The chromatism differ- ence would be calculated according to the ability of human vision on color in the total ehromatism and the chromatism on brightness, chroma, saturation and hue parameters, which can be the reference for correctly understanding of chromaticity parameters and the analysis of results in the inspection of the complexion.
