《名医类案》中八味丸运用之考辨

摘　　要：《名医类案》为我国第一部内容系统而完备的医案类专著,既是明以前著名医家临床经验的总结,也是中医理论与临床实践密切结合的典范,具有较高的文献价值和临床价值。通过对类案中应用八味丸医案的系统研究,总结出明以前医家应用八味丸之普遍规律,启示人们运用数据挖掘技术提炼医案信息,将是中医文献研究的重要方向。Classified Case Records of Celebrated Physicians, which detailed records the clinical experience of the fa- mous physician before Ming Dynasty,is the first systematic and perfect monograph about medical record, and is highly val- uable both in literature and clinic. In this paper, the author concluded the regularity of the famous physician before Ming Dynasty in using Bawei Pill, by chasing the record about it in Classified Case Records of Celebrated Physicians. That may set a light in using data mining to conclude and summarize the archaic medical records, which may be a new important di- rection of research on TCM literature.
