简易穴位埋线法治疗习惯性便秘疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察简易穴位埋线法治疗习惯性便秘的近期与远期疗效、及其依从性和安全性。方法:将240例患者随机分为穴位埋线组(试验组)和穴位针刺组(对照组)。选穴:中脘、下脘、气海、关元、天枢(双)、大横(双)、大巨(双),2个月为1个疗程。结果:(1)试验组痊愈30例,显效69例,有效16例,无效5例,总有效率95.84%。对照组痊愈6例,显效51例,有效36例,无效23例,总有效率80.10%。(2)患者治疗期间和疗程结束后3个月内均无晕针、感染、肠线过敏等不良反应。结论:简易穴位埋线法治疗习惯性便秘作用显著,近期及远期疗效均明显优于穴位针刺法(P<0.01)。该法无严重不良反应,依从性好,安全可行。Objective ： observe the effects of simple catgut implantation therapy in treatment of habitual constipation in the near future and long - term, and compliance and security. Methods ： 240 patients randomly divided into point catgut implantation group （test group） and the acupuncture group （ control group）. Point selection： Zhongwan （ Re nl2）, Xi- awan （Renl0）, Qihai （Ren6）, Guanyuan （ Ren4 ）, Tianshu （ St. 25 ） （double）, Daheng （ Sp. 15 ） （double）, Dajn （ St. 27 ） （ Double）, 2 months for a course of treatment. Results ： （ 1 ） test group cure 30 cases, 69 cases markedly effective, effi- cient 16 cases, and 5 cases inefficiency, the total efficiency of 95.84%. Control group cure 6 cases, 51 cases markedly effective, efficient 36 cases, ineffective 23 cases, 80.10% total efficiency. （2） Patients during and after treatment with- in 3 months there was no fainting, Infections, allergies and other adverse reactions. Conclusion： simple catgut implanta- tion therapy in treatment of habitual constipation is significant effect It is more efficacy than the acupuncture method on both short- term and long- term （P 〈 0.01 ）. The therapy has no serious adverse reactions, is acceptable and safe.
