摘　　要：目的:研究蒲黄提取物对动脉粥样硬化形成过程中血管内皮细胞分泌白介素-8(IL-8)的影响。方法:通过建立Ox-LDL诱导的内皮细胞损伤模型,采用逆转录聚合酶链式反应(RT-PCR)的方法检测不同浓度蒲黄提取物预处理的人脐静脉内皮细胞IL-8 mRNA的表达。结果:内皮细胞经Ox-LDL作用后,IL-8 mRNA的表达显著升高,各剂量蒲黄提取物均能降低其表达。结论:蒲黄提取物可抑制Ox-LDL诱导的内皮细胞IL-8mRNA的表达,从而起到保护血管内皮细胞的作用。Objective ： To investigate the influence of extract from Pollen Typhae on expression of IL - 8 in umbilical vein endothelial cells. Methods ：The human umbilical vein endothelail cells（HUVECs） were exposed to Ox- LDL to es- tablish ~EC injury model. The expression of IL - 8 mRNA was assayed by RT - PCR. Results ： As compared with the control group, IL -8 mRNA expression levels were increased significantly in Ox - LDL - stress group ,while they were de- creased significantly by pollen typhae extract. Conclusion ：The extract from Pollen Typhae can inhibit the over - expres- sion of IL - 8 mRNA induced by Ox - LDL - stress and protect endothelial cells.
