中药联合应用修复肿瘤放化疗损伤的临床观察

基　　金：中药联合应用对肿瘤放化疗后血液2~3级毒性损伤修复的临床研究(2011013023)

摘　　要：目的:通过比较中药和西药对肿瘤放化疗导致的机体损伤的修复作用,证实中医药在肿瘤治疗中的意义。方法:将60例接受全身化疗6个周期治疗出现血液2～3级毒性损伤进而需要接受放疗的恶性肿瘤患者随机分为2组,每组各30例。治疗组采用益血生胶囊、十一味参芪片和参莲胶囊联合用药2个月,对照组采用利血生片、鲨酐醇片和硫酸亚铁片联合用药2个月,给药同时加放疗,药物用法用量参照说明书。分别采用用药后第1、2个月末检测患者血常规。采用放化疗血液不良反应分级进行疗效评价。结果:与正常水平相比,2组患者的白细胞、中性粒细胞、血小板及血红蛋白平均值均出现了不同程度的下降,治疗组和对照组均在正常低值或以下,而对照组较药物组各项指标更低,白细胞、中性粒细胞下降有统计学差异(P<0.05,P<0.01)。不良反应分级显示治疗组患者的骨髓抑制程度较对照组轻(P<0.05)。结论:采用中药联合治疗对患者放化疗的损伤有修复作用且优于西药。Objective：To confirm the significance of traditional Chinese medicine in cancer therapy by comparing the repair of traditional Chinese medicine to the damage caused by the cancer chemotherapy and radiotherapy with western medicine. Methods：60 cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy treatment were randomly divided into 2 groups, 30 cases each group. The treatment group was treated with the combination therapy of YiXueSheng capsules, Shiyiwei Shenqi tablets and ShengLian capsules for 2 months, the control group was treated with the combination therapy of Leucogen tablets, batyalcohol tablets and ferrous sulfate tablets for 2 months, at the same time, the chemotherapy and radiotherapy continued. To administer drug dosage according to instructions. Conducting the test of blood at the end of the first and second month during chemotherapy. To evaluate efficacy with Classification of adverse reactions to chemotherapy. Results-Compared with the normal level, the white blood cells, neutrophils, platelets and hemoglobin of patients in both groups decreased in different degrees, which were all below the normal level value; while all indicators of the control group decreased more sharply than the treatment group, there was a statistically significance in the decline of white blood cell and neutrophils between both groups （ P 〈 0.05 and P 〈 0. 01 ）. Classification of adverse reactions show that degree of the bone marrow suppression in the treatment group was light than the control group（P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： Combine of traditional Chinese medicine play an important role in repairing the damage caused by the radiotherapy and chemotherapy treatment for patients, and more effective than western medicine.
