摘　　要：目的:了解强制隔离戒毒所艾滋病防治服务提供过程中存在的问题和困难,为戒毒所更好地开展艾滋病防治工作提供建议。方法:采用自行拟定的访谈提纲,对四川、广西两省(区)司法厅戒毒管理局官员及4个样本强制隔离戒毒所的管理人员进行一对一深入访谈。结果:强制隔离戒毒所内艾滋病防治服务的提供存在财政经费不足、医疗硬件设备缺乏、所外就医政策实施困难和相关工作人员福利保障措施难以落实等问题和困难。结论:政府部门应当完善对戒毒所的财政投入机制,配备必要的医疗设备,同时完善所外就医和工作人员职业保障政策,保证所内艾滋病防治工作的顺利开展。Objective：To understand the problems and difficulties in AIDS prevention and treatment services at compulsory detoxification centers,and provide advices for better services in the centers.Methods：Self-prepared interview outlines were used to conduct one-on-one in-depth interviews with officials from Drug Rehabilitation Administration Bureau of Department of Justice of Sichuan and Guangxi provinces（regions）,as well as administrators from 4 sampling compulsory detoxification centers.Results：Problems of inadequate financal funding,medical equipments shortage,implementation difficulties in the policy of medical treatment outside the place of custody and the lacking of staff welfare and security measures existed during the AIDS prevention and treatment services in compulsory detoxification centers.Conclusion：Government should improve the financing mechanism for compulsory detoxification centers,provide necessary medical equipments for the centers,and perfect policies on medical treatment outside the detoxification centers as well as staff welfare and security measures to ensure the smooth conducting of AIDS treatment services in compulsory detoxification centers.
