摘　　要：渔业专业合作组织的发展,大大提高了渔民的组织化程度,在为渔民提供技术服务、市场信息、组织生产销售等方面发挥了积极作用。本文通过对吉林省渔业专业合作组织发展现状的调查,认为吉林省渔业专业合作组织尚属初级发展阶段,存在着组织化程度不高、人员素质不高、管理水平低下、组织成员思想僵化等诸多问题。在此基础上,进一步提出了提高认识,加大宣传;加大培训力度,提高渔民合作意识;加强贯彻《农民专业合作社法》;加大政策扶持,提供政策保障等促进渔业专业合作组织可持续健康发展的建议。With fisheries development of the professional cooperative organizations, it greatly improves the degree of organization of fishermen, and plays an active role in providing technical services for fishermen, market information, organization of production and sales. We think that it is still early stage of development with many issues, such as the degree of organization, not the quality of personnel, poor management, ideologically rigid members, according to investigation and study of the development status of fisheries cooperative in Jilin Province. The paper proposes to raise cognition of fisheries cooperation, increase publicity, and improve the awareness of fishermen co-operation, strengthen the implementation of the Farmers＇ Specialized Cooperatives Act, and intensify and provide policy support for sustainable and healthy development of recommendations on fisheries cooperation.
