摘　　要：由来新夏先生接触图书馆学开始,叙述了他与图书馆学研究、图书馆教学、图书馆事业之间的关系,以及他为图书馆界所做出的贡献,并在此基础上,分析了他的图书馆管理理念和图书馆学研究思想,从而概括他对图书馆教育、事业和研究三界产生的影响。This paper summarizes the relationship between Professor Lai Xinxia and the library science research, library education, library-ship and his contributions in these areas from his coming into library science. And based on these, we analyze his library management idea and library science thought, to declare the influence he has done for these areas.
