摘  要:目的采用X射线衍射法评价雄黄药材和饮片的质量,比较雄黄药材及饮片X衍射图谱的异同,为矿物药雄黄的鉴定、炮制和质量研究提供依据。方法 X射线衍射法对8批雄黄药材和6批雄黄饮片进行测试分析,使用Ori-gin7.5软件以及参照国际衍射数据中心雄黄的标准卡片对比分析,比较图谱间的相似度及异同点。结果雄黄药材和雄黄饮片均为α雄黄(AsS)和β雄黄(As4S4)的混合体,均未检出砒霜(As2O3),但基本能检出伴生矿雌黄(As2S3)和二氧化硅。雄黄药材中特征峰较多,饮片的特征峰较相应药材少。结论 X射线衍射法可证明炮制过程可以明显减少雄黄药材中的杂质,使雄黄饮片的质量趋同。AIM To compare the similarities and differences of crude and processed Realgar by X-ray diffraction.METHODS Data on X-ray diffraction were collected from eight batches of raw realgar and six batches of processed realgar samples,and then matched Origin 7.5 software and Powder Diffraction File from International Centre for Diffraction Data with the experiment data to find out the differences between the crude and processed Realgar.RESULTS The raw and processed Realagr were found a mixture of α-AsS and β-As4S4,associated with As2S3 and SiO2,but As2O3 was not detected.Meanwhile there were more characteristic peaks in raw Realgar,but less characteristic peaks in the processed one.CONCLUSION The X-ray diffraction analysis proves that the processing can reduce the impurity contents in raw Realgar and make the processed Realgar consistent quality.
