摘 要:滇中高原湖泊区域地理环境是造成湖泊水环境敏感易变的主要原因,湖区快速城市化是加剧湖泊水环境恶化的推动力,滇中高原湖区面临水资源严重短缺和城市快速发展的矛盾。高原湖泊区城市景观格局安全评价体系运用层次分析法(AHP),借鉴组合结构概念模型,从城市景观格局的环境影响识别出发,筛选城市规划环节中对湖泊环境有主要影响的指标,包括城市选址的环境资源安全性、城市用地规模的合理性、城市用地布局的合理性三个方面。对2008年昆明城市景观格局进行评价的结果为"临界安全",水污染和水资源短缺的问题是影响城市生态安全的主要限制因素;城市污水处理设施规模的不足加剧了湖泊水环境恶化局面;道路总用地规模和路网密度不足导致交通效率低下;绿地景观格局破碎化严重;工业用地布局较为分散,对城市其他用地干扰较大。Besides geographical conditions of the central Yunnan plateau is the main reasons of the fragile ecological environment of the plateau lake; rapid Urbanization around the lake is another important reason. Plateau lake areas are to be confronted with the conflict between water resources shortage and rapid urbanization. By using composite structure model, analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and identification of environmental impact to build the evaluation index system of security of urban landscape pattern which includes three main aspects: resource security of city site selection, rational scale of urban construction land and rational contribution of construction land. By using the evaluation index system to evaluate the landscape pattern of the Kunming in 2008, and results show that water pollution and water shortage are the most limited factors of security of the city. Shortage of the urban sewage treatment capacity exacerbates the situation of pollution of the lake water. Shortage of the urban road land use scale and road network density leads to low efficiency of traffic. Green landscape broken change degree aggravated. Industry lands are distributed scattered which cause interference to other urban lands.
