摘　　要："事实型数据+专用方法工具+专家智慧"的科技情报研究方法论,是一种定量与定性相结合的情报研究新模式。我们选取为政府提供决策支持的视角,在海水淡化领域的研究过程中对这种的情报研究新模式进行了实践探索。The science and technology re.arch methodology of ＂factual data ＋ special methods and tools ＋ experts wisdom＂ is a combination d quantitative and qualhafive research mode. In the research field of desalination, we conducts a practical exploration by applying alcove mentioned research mode, which can provide decision support for goverranent.
