^(99m)TcO_4-腮腺动态显像在干燥综合征诊断中的价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨9 9mTcO4-腮腺动态显像诊断干燥综合征的临床应用价值。方法:将经临床确诊断干燥综合征患者60例、正常对照组15例,分别行9 9mTcO4-腮腺动态显像及维生素C负荷动态显像进行分析。结果:60例干燥综合征患者中有55例腮腺显像图像及时间一放射性曲线表现异常,其中双侧腮腺不显影10例,双侧腮腺平行性功能受累39例,单侧腮腺异常6例,时间一放射性曲线呈水平型或低水平型、抛物线型或持续上升型;其余5例双侧腮图像及时间一放射性曲线正常。正常对照组15例双侧腮图像及时间一放射性曲线正常。结论:9 9mTcO4-腮腺动态显像对诊断干燥综合征具有较好的应用价值。Objective： To explore the value of 99mTcO4-parotid dynamic imaging in diagnosis of sjogren＇s syndrome. Methods：A total of 60 patients that were diagnosed as Sjogrenrs syndrome were en- rolled, 15 healthy patients served as control group. 99 m TcO4 dynamic imaging and vitamin C parotid gland dynamic load were conducted on both groups for analysis. Results： Fifty-five of the 60 patients with Sjogrenls syndrome showed abnormal parotid dynamic imaging and time-radioactive curve, 10 patients didn＇t show parotid gland imaging. Parotid gland function of both side were affected in 39 patients, single parotid gland abnormality was observed in another 6 patients. For those cases, time-radioactive curve was in horizontal or radioactive curve at low horizontal, parabolic or rising tendency. Parotid gland and the time-radioactive curve was normal. The parotid dynamic imaging and time-radioactive curve of the other 5 cases were normal. The 15 healthy control subjects showed normal 99mTcO4-parotid dynamic image and time-radioactive curve was also normal. Conclusions.99mTcO4-parotid dynamic imaging is valuable in diagnosis of Sjogren＇s syndrome.
