平阴补阳针法治疗脑卒中后偏瘫Brunnstrom Ⅳ～Ⅵ期的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察平阴补阳针法对脑卒中后偏瘫BrunnstromⅣ～Ⅵ期运动功能、神经功能和日常生活活动能力(ADL)的影响。方法:将61例脑卒中患者随机分为观察组31例和对照组30例,观察组采用平阴补阳针法,对照组用"醒脑开窍"针法治疗,并对2组患者采用简式Fugl-Meye运动功能(FMA)测评及神经功能缺损评分(NIHSS)和日常生活活动能力(ADL)评分,在治疗前、治疗后7天、14天进行量化评定。结果:①治疗前2组各项评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);②2组治疗前后各项评分相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);③治疗后2组FMA评分相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组。结论:①平阴补阳针法可以明显改善脑卒中后偏瘫BrunnstromⅣ～Ⅵ期患者肢体的运动功能,促进神经功能恢复,提高日常生活活动能力;②平阴补阳针法在改善患者肢体运动功能上优于"醒脑开窍"针刺法。Objective： To observe the influence of neutral supplementation and draining method on motor function, neurological function and activities of daily living （ADL） of patients with hemiplegia caused by stroke at Ⅳ, Ⅴ or Ⅵ stage classified with Brunnstrom. Method： Sixty-one patients were randomly allocated into 30 cases in observation group and 31 cases in control group. Observation group received neutral supplementation and draining method while control group were administered with needling of opening orifices. FMA, NIHSS and ADL of the patients were tested in both groups and quart tization evaluated before the treatment, at the 7th and 14th day after the treatment. Re- suit： Comparisons of scores of both groups before treating indicated no statistical meaning （P〉0.05）; comparisons of scores before and after treating for both groups showed remarkable statistical meanings （P〈0.05）; comparison of FMA scores had statistical meaning （P〈0.05） and treatment group was superior to control group. Conclusion： First, neutral supplementation and draining method can improve limb motor function of patients with hemiplegia at Ⅳ, Ⅴ or Ⅵ stage classified with Brunnstrom, promote the rehabilitation of neurological function, raise ADL. Second, Neutral sup- plementation and draining method is superior to needling of opening orifices in improving motor function of limbs.
