黄连酊对家兔皮肤的刺激性研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨黄连酊对家兔皮肤的刺激性,为黄连酊的临床应用提供依据。方法:对健康无伤日本大耳兔(28只)进行急性皮肤刺激、破损皮肤刺激及多次皮肤刺激实验,观察黄连酊对家兔完整和破损皮肤的刺激性。结果:黄连酊对家兔完整皮肤和破损皮肤未见刺激性。结论:黄连酊对家兔无明显急性毒性反应。Objective： To probe into irritation of rabbit skin induced by tinctura coptis so that evidence could be provided for clinical application of tincture coptis. Method： Acute skin irritation, scraped skin irritation and dermal sensitivity test were performed on 28 healthy rabbits in order to observe the irritation on complete and scraped skin of rabbit. Result： Tinctura coptis showed no irritation to complete and scraped skin of rabbit. Conclusion： Tinctura coptis demon strated no acute toxic reaction to rabbit and should be widely used in clinics.
