桂芪通湿热敷用于术后尿潴留的临床护理观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨解决术后尿潴留不同方法的优劣,以获得解决术后尿潴留的最佳方法。方法:将200例术后尿潴留患者随机分为试验组、对照组各100例,对照组采用传统物理热敷;试验组采用自制中药桂芪通湿热敷,30分钟后观察效果。结果:2组疗效比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:桂芪通湿热敷能有效解除术后尿潴留,减少患者痛苦,可广泛应用于各种手术后尿潴留患者。Objective： To explore the advantages and disadvantages of methods to treat postoperative urine retention and find out the optimal method. Method： Two hundred patients were randomly allocated into experiment group and control group on average. Control group received traditional hot application; experiment group were applied with hot and wet GuiQiTong. Curative effects were observed after 30 minutes. Result： Comparison of curative effects of both groups demonstrated remarkable difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Hot and wet application with GuiQiTong can effectively relieve postoperative urine retention, alleviate the patients＇ pain and could be widely applied to patients with urine retention after different kinds of operations.
