摘  要:介绍了以截面桔瓣型涤锦复合丝为原料的罗纹针织布的缩纤技术..缩纤工艺为:织物先经过碱减量工序处理,维持碱减量率18%;然后在缩纤剂浓度为30叽、105℃、40-50min条件下对锦纶进行缩纤处理。数据表明,布面的横、纵向产生较大收缩,面料的单位面积质量增加较多.涤锦复合丝编织成的线圈呈现菊花形散开,两组分纤维产生了高程度裂离,且裂离程度达到了国外进口高端产品的程度。同时分析表明,经此技术缩纤后的涤锦复合丝面料具有很强的纳尘、去油、去污能力,可以广泛应用于无尘布擦拭布产业、针织面料开发、仿真丝等产业领域:且研究发现此类织物适合碱性+中性染色方法.但其染色后的牢度、颜色的递深等问题仍未解决.需要进一步研究。This paper introduces the shrinking technology of rib fabric knitted with polyester/polyamide composite yarn with an'orange petal'cross-section.It can be concluded that the fabric need to receive the alkali deweighting treatment and the reduction rate should be kept at 18%;then the shrinking treatment should be applied to the polyamide fiber under the conditions of 105 ℃,30 g/L of shrinkage agent and keeping 40 ~50 minutes.The obtained data show that both the vertical and horizontal directions shrink obviously,the weight per unit area increases much,the loops in the fabric spread with a'chrysanthemum shape',and polyester and polyamide splits ver y obviously,which can be even as much as that of the top class products both domestic and abroad.The developed fabric bears the abilities of dust absorbing,oil removal and stain removal,which can be widely applied to cleaning cloth,development of knitted fabrics and simulated silk knitted fabrics.In addition,it is also found that the alkali or neutral dyeing methods are suitable,but there are problems of low fastness and uneven dyeing effect that need further study.
