摘　　要：高校科协是科技工作者自愿组成的群众团体。高校科协组织有两大主要特点,即活动主体与活动内容的科学特性和组织形式的群众特性。高校科协具有一定的文化价值和意义,高校科协是科技工作者之家,科技工作者在进行科学研究的同时也进行着文化积累,并且科学研究是和一定的价值理想、科学目标和人生信念联系在一起的。当前高校科协缺乏有凝聚力的核心价值观,因此高校科协应明确科协的职能,以加强高校科协组织建设为抓手,以社会主义核心价值体系为指导,构建充分体现科学精神和人文精神的文化价值体系,在科协内部形成同类文化意识。Association of science and technology in universities is a voluntary mass organization composed of scientific workers, it has two main characteristics： scientific characteristics of the main body and content of society activities, masses characteristic of organizational forms. The association has certain cultural value and significance, it is a home of science and technology workers, scientific workers do scientific research simultaneously conduct a cultural accumulation, and scientific research is associated with certain value ideals, scientific goals and life belief. Currently, for the lack of cohesive core values in the association of science and technology in universities, we should be clear of the function of the association, strengthen the organization construction as the starting point, take the socialism core value system as a guide, construct cultural value system that fully demonstrates the scientific spirit and humanistic spirit, then form the similar cultural awareness in the association of science and technology in universities.
