不同水平游泳运动员赛前心理状态的比较分析

摘　　要：采用BTL-ZT-心理状态回顾性问卷对福建省高、低水平游泳运动员进行比赛后的赛前心理状态回顾性调查并比较、分析。研究结果表明,赛前三部分(检录前时段与检录时段以及临赛时段)运动员各项心理状态指标基本呈现为:越临近比赛,心理活动越趋活跃,并且高低水平运动员之间的差异越显著。特别临赛时段,高低水平运动员的大部分指标呈现高度显著性差异。In this article, the BTL- ZT-psychological state of Fujian province were retrospectively questionnaire high and low level swimming athlete to the game psychology before a retrospective survey and analysis and comparison. The results show that, before the three parts （roll recorded before and after inspection and before the game） players show the basic indicators of psychological state as follows： the closer the game, becoming more active mental activity, and the difference between high and low levels of increasingly significant. Especially near the stage of the game, most indicators show highly significant differences.
