摘  要:智能变电站光纤纵差保护采样通道延时具有不确定性,导致线路两侧延时不一致,影响采样点同步与保护动作性能。针对该问题,提出一种延时自适应设计方案,将光纤纵差保护两侧采样同步分为采样时刻同步与采样点对齐两个步骤,把采样时刻同步处理后的采样点延时与采样点数据组合传递至对侧,通过对比本侧和对侧采样点延时实现采样点数据的自适应对齐。采用预处理前置模件完成多间隔采样值同步处理,根据采样值报文中携带的延时信息实现同步处理延时的自适应调整。该设计达到整体延时最小化目的,同时适应本对侧多种匹配模式。通过RTDS试验及现场运行验证了该设计的可行性和优越性。As the current sampling channel delay of smart substation is uncertain, so the delay of both sides is inconsistent, the synchronization of sampling data and the performance of relay is affected, a new adaptive scheme for fiber current differential protection is proposed. The synchronization processing of sampling data is divided into two steps : point synchronization and alignment. The point synchronization is finished using sampling time adjustment method, and the real channel delay is passed to the opposite side with the data to align the opposite sampling point. The auxiliary board is used to process the channel delay of multi-MU adaptively, and to transfer data to mother board after completion of synchronization. The scheme minimizes the channel delay and the matching model of both sides is adapted. Dynamic experiment based on RTDS and field operation validate the feasibility and superiority of the scheme.
