摘 要:车架总成是重型卡车底盘系统中的关键部件之一,俗称重卡的"脊梁",车架上各部分零件的强度关系着整车的各项性能指标,对车架制造技术的研究已成为国内外重卡企业的首要任务。本文主要介绍了重卡车架总成的两种生产方式,通过对比其设备线体结构、工艺流程、紧固件消耗等,了解其优缺点。Frame of the chassis system is one of the key components in the heavy duty vehicle, commonly known as the “backbone”. The strength of each part in the frame has the relationship between each performance index of truck. The research of the frame manufacturing technology has become the primary task of heavy truck enterprises at home and abroad. This paper mainly introduces two kinds of mode of frame production. The advantages and disadvantages has been understudied through the comparison of its equipment line, process flow, the consumption of fastener and so on.
