摘　　要：本论文介绍了发动机气门弹簧盖及锁片自动化装配设备的组成及制造目标。简述了实现气门弹簧盖及锁片自动化装配设备制造目标的关键技术:自动上下料技术、压紧技术、防错技术等。最后给出了发动机气门弹簧盖及锁片装配设备的发展趋势,说明了自动化装配技术在发动机气门弹簧盖及锁片装配过程中的重要意义。This paper introduces the technology composition of assembly equipment and its purpose, which used for the valve spring cover and lock. assembly. It presents the key technology, including automatic feeding and blanking technology, pressing technology, error-proofing technology and so on. At last, it demonstrated the development trend of assembly equipment and the importance of automatic assembly on the assembly of valve spring cover and lock.
