摘　　要：科研绩效评价是科研管理工作中一个重要环节,如何通过开展有效的科研绩效评价来促进科学研究的发展,是理论学术界的研究热点,也是科研管理迫切需要解决的现实问题。以人文社科科研项目论文类成果绩效评价为例,提出了基于AHP和DEA的绩效评价方法。通过构建层次化评价指标体系,利用AHP分析方法,获得各指标客观的权重参数;然后综合计算项目的投入产出,利用DEA模型和DEAP软件获得各科研项目绩效的排序,从而完成对科研项目的绩效准确评价。Performanee evaluation is an important part of research management and effective performance evaluation can pro- mote the development of scientific research. Performance evaluation is a hot research topic and is an urgent practical problem need to be solved. In this paper, a performance evaluation method for social sciences research projects base on AHP and DEA was proposed. First a hierarchical evaluation system was built and the weight of each evaluation index parameter was obtained by AHP method; then the DEA model and DEAP software were used to compute the research performance according different input - output. The method can get an accurate sort result of research projects performance.
