盲孔法中释放系数的有限元标定研究

摘　　要：基于有限元方法,研究了盲孔法在测量残余应力时释放系数的标定方法。提出了一种新的对释放系数进行标定的有限元模拟办法。运用新的有限元数值模拟方法对ASTM标准中的释放系数值进行了标定。结果表明,有限元标定结果与ASTM标准推荐值有较好的一致性。Based on the finite element method to study the calibration technology of release coefficients in blind hole-drilling method. Propose a new finite element numerical simulation method to calibrate the release coefficients. Using the new finite element numerical simulation method with the ASTM standard release calibrate coefficient. The results show that the finite element calibration results with ASTM standards recommended values are in good agreement.
